Meeting the 2 Adams on site they were on time and went right to work.They graciously answered all of my questions and shared many insights into the project that I would not have been aware of. Louis Z. showed up as well and was there for probably 3 hours discussing the project and answering questions as well. Awesome experience would highly recommend.

Chris and Emiliano inspected a house for me last year and did such a detailed and thorough job I felt comfortable making my decision about the house. I passed on that house and ended up using a different inspector to buy a different house this year. I didn’t realize how big the difference in quality could be. I basically ended up buying a lemon because the inspector I used did such a sloppy job and didn’t catch some really obvious issues, and I regret not using Element. Lesson learned- next time I’ll use these guys!

Emiliano was my inspector and I was very pleased on how thorough of an inspection he completed. I am relocating from out-of-state, so I was unable to be able to meet him once he was done, but the report was received immediately with many details and pictures. I also had to cancel and reschedule a few times due to the house not being completed for a new build on time. The customer service I received was excellent and I highly recommend Element Inspection to anyone that is need of an inspection!!

Element inspection gave us the core details of what we needed to assess the home we were interested in purchasing. The agent we had was Emiliano and he was fantastic. He took his time to patiently explain the details of the inspection to us in a way we could easily understand.
