ZIPLEVEL Inspections

To assess the foundation’s condition, we use an engineer’s tool known as a ZIPLEVEL.

A ZIPLEVEL is a precision pressurized hydrostatic altimeter, which is a bunch of fancy words meaning it accurately measures the level of a foundation within a single millimeter. This process means we’re on-site for a longer time, but we believe it’s essential (it’s also why most inspection companies don’t do it).
